		<description><![CDATA[(Español) Amara ha desarrollado un plan de mejora de la comercialización mediante el cual, como primer paso, se implantará una industria de transformación del pescado en Mallorca.]]></description>
			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>After one year, our work of <strong>commercializing excess fishing</strong> already has results. Amara has developed a plan to improve the commercialization whereby, as the first step, <strong>they will implement a fish processing industry </strong>in Mallorca that will provide an elaborated product that caters to specialized communities (schools, hospitals, jail, etc…).</p>
<p>They will fulfill four functions: the first, <strong>to improve income in the fish sector</strong>, using excess and species of low commercial value. Secondly, <strong>the implementation of a new transformation industry</strong>, innovative and pioneering in the Balearic Islands, which will offer jobs to disabled people through Amadip-Esment. Thirdly, <strong>they will improve the diet of school children, patients, etc</strong>. And, finally, <strong>contribute to drastically reducing the consumption of packaged goods, common in frozen products, as well as CO2 emissions created by transportation from distant area catches. </strong></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Amara</strong> collaborates with the <strong>Handisport Foundation</strong>, pioneer of the definition and development of a <span style="text-decoration: underline;">touristic product addressed to handicapped people</span>, in the definition of the target and the channels of promotion of their activities. The project of the <strong> Handisport Foundation</strong> appears from the initiavitve of a group of people who wanted to contribute with solutions to some of the problems which exist in the integration of the handicapped people in our society. The creation of this non for profit organization, which will give the 100% of its income to the fulfillment of the foundational purposes, which becomes the way to reach that initially general objective. To achieve the social integration of handicapped people, <strong>Handisport</strong> did an analysis of the actual and future needs of handicapped people. The fact is that nowadays there are a lot of social initiatives that offer a temporal solution to specific needs, but they do not have continuity in the time, that is the reason why it was proposed to carry out regular sport activities during the whole year for handicapped people. In this way, and taking advantage of the climatic conditions of Mallorca and the proximity between the different sport centers, as all of them are located in the municipality of Calvia and its surroundings, it has been projected courses will run throughout the whole year.</p>

The whole project was done and it consisted in: definitions of functional requirements, initial analysis, definition of content&#8217;s arquitechture, development of the content, design and front end programmation.</p>

Since their creation in 2000 they have opted for tourism related businesses. During the last four years they have managed more than five hundred technological projects on a national level for business in the tourism sector.</p>
<p>Brújula needed a tool for their sales department that would serve as support for the presentation of the solutions and services portfolio, as well as the accumulated experience in each one during these years.</p>
<p>Amara had many meetings with the client that, due to the wide variety of solutions and services in this portfolio, the prior organization and structure were necessary. Following their work methodology, Amara collaborated in structuring the array of solutions and services, developing contents, photography, diagrams, and design. We developed an original brochure, practical and easily read, that satisfied the requirements of the client´s sales department.</p>

Graphic renovation of their intranet, using a modern and actual design, making all the site pages with the formats HTML and PHP.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>RG Motor is a company that belongs to Grupo Garden which is dedicated to repair and sell used cars, motorcycles, quads and jet-skis.</p>
<p>RG wanted to create a website with a clear and simple structure, with the objective that the user could have a general and clear vision of what the company could offer. As there were a huge variety of contents, it had been necessary a previous organization and structuration of them.</p>
<p>After an investigation of other websites of the same sector and departing from the contents that the customer wanted to show, Amara took care of structuring of a new website with an architecture that could allow the navigation and the access to the required information in and easy, functional and fast way. At the same time, in an agile way it allows the constant update of the offered products.</p>

<p>The suite of Atennea products is made by five solutions developed over ERP Microsoft Dynamics NAV that allow to manage the finnancial and operative operations in different arear of the touristic sector: Atennea Air for airlines, Atennea Incoming for receptive travel agencies, Atennea Airport for airport management, Atennea Transfers for land transport companies, Atennea Leisure for theme parks and leisure centers and Atennea Jet for the management of corporative flying companies.</p>
<p>The customer wanted to built a website with an architecture that could show simplicity and clearity, with the objective that the user could have a general and clear vision of what the company could offer. As there were a huge variety of contents, it had been necessary a previous organization and structuration of them.</p>
<p>Amara, after an investigation of other websites of the same sector and departing from the contents that the customer wanted to show, Amara took care of structuring of a new website with an architecture that could allow the navigation and the access to the required information in and easy, functional and fast way. At the same time with a modern design according to the values and image of Atennea. Amara also uploaded the contents to the web according to the developed sections.</p>

Para ello se realizó un diagnóstico básico de la situación del sector a nivel comercial, organizacional y tecnológico de la pesca mallorquina y de los diferentes agentes que interactuaban en el sector.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Amara was hired to evaluate the profitability, opportunity, advisability and possibility of success with changing the time of the bidding in the Llotja del Peix de Mallorca. (Mallorcan fish market). For this reason Amara did a basic diagnose of the sector at a commercial, organizational and technological level of the mallorquin fishing, as well as the different parts involved in the sector</p>
<p>Two of the made activities consisted of 54 personal interviews with different people of the sector (retailers, suppliers, shipowners of the managing comission of OpMallorcamar, brotherhood federations,  brotherhoods, malls and restorers) as well as the requirement to fulfill a survey to all the shipowners in Mallorca (205), which was answered by 107. The Amara analysis of the quantitavite and qualitative data was used to complete the study that finally helped to give support to the strategic decision taken by Direcció General de Pesca.</p>

<p>To offer automatic services of information and intermediation for the cooperation and exchange of offers and demands between ITC services companies and tourisic companies from: Balearic Islands, Andalucia, Toscaza, Provenles, Alpes, Côte d’Azur, Forth, Isla de Creta y Lesbos Island</p>
<p>Amara was hired with the objetive to register to the website a total of 160 companies that belong to the tourism sector in the Balearic Islands.</p>
<p>Hotel chains &#8211; Independent hotels &#8211; Travel agencies &#8211; Touroperators &#8211; Hotel associations &#8211; Airlines &#8211; Nautical companies</p>
<p>To achieve this project, we used telemarketing services, departing from a segmented database fulfilled with 664 different companies. Over 1600 calls were made to reach the final goal.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The recently created hotel division of Globalia Group, during its fast growing, has requested to Amara strategic advices for the management of their brand portfolio, as well as the development of different pieces of communication for their hotels, focused to events and presentations.</p>
<p>After the incorporation of the Oasis resorts, it requested to Amara the advice in reference to the most convenient brand ordering to take advantage of the reputation that it already had, adding the attributes of Globalia brand.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">Amara modernized and updated location plans with a clear and easy to read design, which included buildings, streets, service companies and restaurants as well as park common zones, headquarters and conference rooms. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">This design was initially applied to the totem signs pointing in different directions of park zones. Later<span> </span>they were of more use with the new design plan that incorporated them in new structures and strategically placed them around the park better directing visitors. </span></p>

Giving a response to the market changes, Amara got the request to create a brand that would keep the memory of the old one and at the same time could indicate renovation and the incorporation of all the group brands to the same brand discipline.</p>
<p>We ideated a container that sealed the group image and from which could depart the rest of the brands, each one with its own special features.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>After compleeting the corporate profile, the renovated image of the company applied to this material was introduced in the new corporative website, in which enhances specific information for each company partner: investors, lessors, touroperatos, airlines, professionals of the sector, suppliers and employees.</p>
<p>To offer advanced functionalities to each of those partners, Futura entrusted Amara to analyze the needs and priorities of each internal department, with the aim to creat a website project with restricted access. The project was done in collaboration with a very know software development company in the island.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Trablisa is a 100% spanish company, established, registered and authorized in 1975 by the &#8216;Ministerio de Interior&#8217; with the number 72 in the special register of security companies of the &#8216;Dirección General de Policia&#8217;. The initiative that was born over thirty years ago in Mallorca, nowadays is senior organization in the private security at a national level with headquarters in the Balearic Islands, Andalucia, Catalonia and Madrid.</p>
<p>Trablisa is the flagship company of a group of companies that develop integral solutions in terms of security and offer sevices of protection and surveillance, electronic security systems, detection and fire extinction, integral cash treatment, logistics, courier company and auxiliar services.</p>
<p>The group division of &#8220;Electronic security devices&#8221; of Trablisa needed to have some kind of material that could allow to its commercial department to show in a detailed way the whole range of product and services taht Trablisa Systems provides, meant to big medium and small companies, and individual people. For this reason Trablisa requested Amara to conceptualize, design and mark up a publication that would include all those needs.</p>
<p>To carry out this project, Amara did many meeting with the commercial department to know exactly their needs, as well the range of products and services to be presented. Amara wrote the texts, did the graphic image linked to the technology and innovation, did the selection of the used photography and built up the optimal functional diagrams for the explanation of those. The result was a publication with a very big part ot technological matters.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>After its beginning in 2002, the Balear Park of Technological Innovation (ParcBit) has achieved to be a fully consolidated park and a reference in the Balearic Islands. It has 4 Investigation and Technological Transfering centers, and collaboration agreements have been done with other centers as UIB and CSIC. Also carries out innovation and technological development activities, some of them in collaboration with &#8216;Direcció General de Recerca, Innovació i Desenvolupament Tecnològic del Govern de le Illes Balears&#8217;. Also it acts as the central node of the technological aerials that involve 17 agents of innovation in the islands.</p>
<p>In 2004 the ParcBit created the &#8216;Guía de Innovación y Desarrollo de les Illes Balears&#8217; integrated mainly (360 cards grouped in six different cattegories) for reseach centers, innovation and technology centers, business sector, and Public Administration. The content of this guide was essencial for the knowledge transmission in the technological and business environment. The ParcBIT selected Amara to carry out the update of the guide in 2009, the renovation of the design and the mark up as well as the uploading of all the information to the website<a href="http://www.acciobit.net" target="_blank">acciobit</a>.</p>
<p>Amara developed these activities: coordination, meetings assistance, survey set up, interviews, research and compile of data from different organizations and collaborating companies, market investigation in financial organizations that were giving economic help or that were collaboration with I+D+I projects, texts translation to catalan, uploading of all the data to the backoffice of the website acciobit.net in catalan and spanish, style creation, mark up and edition of the new guide 2009.</p>

<p>This information was used to creat an specific matrix to know the offer and demand in technological products that the TIC companies (Communication and Information Technologies) offered in the Balearic Islands. Turistec could establish as well the most representative trends that those companies in the TIC sector were following, as well as to define the strategy and the guidelines until the year 2011</p>
<p>A previous telephone activity was made in order to reach a total of final 35 personal meetings.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The main goal of this study was to know the perception of the service given quality that the users have of the given helps and the statisfaction level with the entity. For the study, qualitative and quantitative methods were used to finally get a more rich investigation. A total of 100 telephone interviews were made plus 40 personal interviews in the fields of the farmers/users.</p>
<p>With the results, answers in reference to the perception, quality, satisfaction level and competitivity were reached and through its analysis, the action guidelines to reach a better service were defined.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span lang="EN-US">Amara has made various signs for the Port Authority in the Balearic Islands (APB), the most recent has been the signaling of lighthouses. <span> </span></span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-US">The Port Authority manages and maintains more lighthouses than any other Port Authority in Spain. A total of 34 lighthouses, over half being accessible by car or foot, are located in very popular tourist and scenic destinations though many can´t be visited. <span> </span></span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-US">Trying to unite the port installations to the Mallorcan society as well as the tourists, the APB contracted Amara to develop united signs for the lighthouses that will have technically descriptive as well as historical-touristic information. </span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-US">Amara created a preliminary study to see if the rest of the national port authorities were doing the same things, aimed at promoting lighthouses in a touristic manner and to see what materials were used to be weather resistant. <span> </span><span> </span></span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-US">With the obtained results Amara created a proposal as well the design and layout of the lighthouses, and possible materials to use. </span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-US">The decision made was to finish the design proposal by Amara in a prototype that would be produced and located in the Faro de Formentor. By doing this, they will test the resistance of the proposed materials and will be able to make a decision for the rest of the lighthouses.</span></p>

Due to the characteristics of the contracts of the public administration, any of the requested works can be done for different design companies or agencies, what causes uneven visual elements and lack of homogeneity.</p>
<p>For this reason we reccomend to develop, from an analysis of the previous works done by design companies, a communication style manual, where the guidelines for the construction of future materials as well as the kind of images used for any professional in the sector were given.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span lang="EN-US">The offices of turisTEC (cluster of businesses dedicated to the production and implantatin of tecnological solutions in the tourist sector) required a graphic decoration that would dress up the existing spaces, taking on a corporate identity, as well as the cluster values and the proposed values of their potential clients. </span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-US">Amara designed the office signs and produced all the incorporated elements as well as the internal signs that communicate the corporate messages and products. </span></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Trablisa is a 100% spanish company, established, registered and authorized in 1975 by the &#8216;Ministerio de Interior&#8217; with the number 72 in the special register of security companies of the &#8216;Dirección General de Policia&#8217;. The initiative that was born over thirty years ago in Mallorca, nowadays is senior organization in the private security at a national level with headquarters in the Balearic Islands, Andalucia, Catalonia and Madrid.</p>
<p>Trablisa is the flagship company of a group of companies that develop integral solutions in terms of security and offer sevices of protection and surveillance, electronic security systems, detection and fire extinction, integral cash treatment, logistics, courier company and auxiliar services.</p>
<p>Trablisa has requested Amara the updating of its corporative presentation, both in contents and visual line as well. The customer needed to have two versions of the presentation: a more commercial format, sumarized in a magazine format and a second one, with more extention, as a support material for the presentation to the customers that will explain with more detail the products and services that the group offers.</p>
<p>To carry out the project, Amara did many meetings with the involved departments to know exactly their needs and the range of products and services to be included. Personal interviews with each manager were done, creationg a unique definition, clear and simple of the company and each of its business divisions. A collection of texts that summarize the mision, vision, values, products and services, work methodologies&#8230; was made. In addition, photograpic sessions in some locations were made in order to create a database of images to be incorporated to the presentation. A modern graphic style line was created and designed, according to the products and services offered by Trablisa.</p>

Their online presence was reviewed in detail in terms of competition and focused on the development to achieve a differentiated position that will communicate know-how, experience and high quality services. Structure was thought to prioritize web access through the description of services. We also studied the way to optimize your position in search engine rankings by linking the domains and texts to the key concepts of the sector. </p>
<p>The client chose Amara for their experience in the aeronautics sector. </p>

<p><span lang="EN-US">Trablis is a company part of a business group that develops comprehensive security solution, and provide personal services and electronic surveillance, fire prevention, effective comprehensive treatment, logistics and courier services, training, home care, cleaning, and janitorial protocol.</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-US">At the end of 2008 Trablisa realized that the attention they provide to their clients could be optimized. Improving their market quota would require all their departments to provide the highest quality attention to their clients, with concrete and precise information, remaining cordial and professional, and providing <strong>effective solutions within the assigned time period. </strong><span> </span></span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-US">Amara defined and carried out a plan to improve the department for clients, defining the starting point and the desired ending point, the short, medium, and long term objectives, defining the work team, formation, resources, deliverables, and deadlines. The reconstructed the architecture of the house lines by introducing a unique number and a automatic operator. They defined the work process and call scripts to standardize and improve client attention. </span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-US">They introduced and parameterized the application of a management call center to monitor key metrics and the performance of call operators. <span> </span>They participated in the development by defining the specifications, the functional design and parameterization of a contact management application (like CRM) integrated with the management system (ERP). Also they reviewed client attention requests of other departments with ends of improving the efficiency of themselves and avoiding bottlenecks. </span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-US">The client chose Amara for their experience and methodology in the implantation of the call center destined to offer superior service and quality, loyalty to the client, and maximize daily operations. </span></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span lang="EN-US">The Department of Sports and Youth requested Amara´s help in creating a graphic style for seven of their corporate webs. The principle objective was the modernization of design that would give it a united style, so that the user will easily identify the website with the Department of Sports and Youth. </span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-US">Amara followed the norms of style and architecture developed by the General Director of Communications to define the standard model of the Department of Sports and Youth websites. They applied the modern design, easy to read and flexible in growth to this unique model. </span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-US">The following design applications were applied to each of the seven websites, to give them personality according the function of the organization to which they belonged. <span> </span></span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-US">They selected a collection of specific photgraphs for each website, in addition to bringing more personality to the graphic style; it helped transmit the concept of the activity and the corresponding entities. </span></p>

The Ministry of Economics, Finance and Innovation want to encourage communication with potential foreign investors through the renewed website of Invest in Balearics.</p>
<p>Amara wants to make the website www.inestinbalear.com the showcase for the most attractive businesses, profitable and innovative, enhancing the islands reputation for distinct reasons rather than those usually known to Spain, Europe, and the rest of the world. The idea is to convert the web site into a potential marketing tool that helps connect projects (entrepreneurs with business ideas) with capital (investors) in order to execute them.  </p>
<p>Among other solutions used to achieve this goal, we emphasize the presentation of ¨successful stories¨ of investors that have succeeded in creating ideas and projects that today are very profitable. They have used the site header and an inner section to promote stories of successful investment in the Balearic Islands and share the experience of these profitable entrepreneurs.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Trablisa is a 100% spanish company, established, registered and authorized in 1975 by the &#8216;Ministerio de Interior&#8217; with the number 72 in the special register of security companies of the &#8216;Dirección General de Policia&#8217;. The initiative that was born over thirty years ago in Mallorca, nowadays is senior organization in the private security at a national level with headquarters in the Balearic Islands, Andalucia, Catalonia and Madrid.</p>
<p>Trablisa is the flagship company of a group of companies that develop integral solutions in terms of security and offer sevices of protection and surveillance, electronic security systems, detection and fire extinction, integral cash treatment, logistics, courier company and auxiliar services.</p>
<p>Trablisa wanted a total renovation of its corporative website, updating contents and visual. The new website has to be built up as a center of relationships between customers and collaborators, a way to support the commercial department, a specialition show room and a point to get new business.</p>
<p>Amara created a new and innovative style. It built up the website that transmited the company values. A hard job was done in order to reach a clear organization of the contents to make easier to the users the comprehension onf the services offered by Trablisa as well as to provide an easy access to the contents. The result was a modern website according to the aesthetics and demands of a leading security services company.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Amara has begun, with the help of Serveis de Millorca Agraria (Department of Agriculture and Fishing), an innovative project of <strong>commercial revitalization for the fishing of Mallorca in order to bring their products to new consumers.</strong></p>
<p>This has resulted in the involcration of the Department of Education, that has made their importance to serve in <strong>the school cafeterias local fish products,</strong> improving in this way the nutrition consumption that make up the Mediterranean diet.</p>
<p>They sought out the participation of the organization AmadipEsment so the fish from Mallorca´s Lonja could be brought to the school cafeterias, at an affordable prices and in an attractive way<strong>. A nutrition expert developed four new products made of 100% local fish,</strong> in a simple way that respects the organoleptic characteristics of the species: <strong>fish soup, croquets, hamburgers and sausage</strong>. To be developed, in the first phase, for children and youth, must comply with certain prerequisites: they can´t have bones, retain all its nutritional value and are suitable for Celiac.</p>
<p>The Project Complies with<strong> Four Goals:</strong></p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">Improve the fishing sector income, improving the advantages of the species encased with sales value and a large amount at a low Price.<br />
Driving the development of a new industry of fishing product processing, innovation and pioneering in the Baleares, that will offer jobs for disabled people through Amadip-Esment.<br />
Improve the diet of our children, patients, etc…<br />
Drastically reduce the consumption of packaged goods, commonly found in frozen food products, as well as CO2 emissions caused by the long distance transportation from the capture zone.</p>
<p>This Project has been designed for the <strong>Department of Agriculture and Fish of the Balearic Government </strong>and with the collaboration of the <strong>Department of Education</strong>, <strong>Amadip-Esment</strong> and <strong>Llotja des Piex of Mallorca</strong>.</p>

Paula Eider is a brand household products: household linen (duvet covers, pillows, sheets, etc.) She also has a line of cosmetics and of purses. <span> </span></span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-US">Julian Lopez proposed developing Paula Eider as his star Project in order to drive business growth. Paula Eider wasn´t available on the internet and they began the development of her website. The website should contribute to the brand positioning ¨Paula Eider¨ and a means of capturing clients, it already is a high potential business line that can convert itself in new store chains or a franchising line. </span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-US">The Project has been developed by applying the brand identity to the online space. Besides the graphic design they wanted to move the atmosphere and elements of the of new line of stores to a online style tool, proposing an adaption of colors, forms, volumes, and pictures. The tool left much room for the photography of products and collections to recreate the atmosphere of the stores. They designed a simple navigation, highlighting the accessibility to the graphic content and texts. They used young language for various sections and they developed areas to captivate potential clients with the news letter ¨Paula in your house¨ or the section of suggestions of gifts ¨Paula Eider Gives¨.</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-US">The client chose Amara for their experience in the online sector, for the strategic analysis and the methodology that they do the development and creation of each Web. </span></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Julián López is a family business that has more than 50 years of professional experience in the distribution of fabrics.</p>
<p>They currently have a network of 9 stores in great locations, 2 in Valencia, Madrid, Seville, Murcia, Alicante, Castellón, Albacete, and Zaragoza. </p>
<p>Julián López still however does not have his business online and he has suggested the creation of a website. The website must define a market position for the brand, ¨Julián López¨ and have a means of capturing clients. The business currently deals with an audience traditionally made up of housewives and wants to be known in younger public sectors, bridging the generational gap between modern communication tools while remaining in line with the needs and customs of the sector´s objectives. </p>
<p>Amara proposed constructing a site that will reflect simplicity and clarity in the structure as well as the navigation, so that online users (primarily youth) will have a generally clear vision of what it is the business specializes in. Because of this they developed sections that explained how to access and use Julián López products and how the professional designers are creating the most exclusive models. The new website, in this way, converts into a useful marketing tool that allows the interaction of the client, helping them get all the product information and facilitating in the selling process. Moreover, we worked side by side with this company to convey the essence of Julián López so that the tradition and future will be reflected in the style and functionality of the website. </p>
<p>The client selected Amara for their expertise in the online sector, and for their comprehensive methodological approach that couples commercial, promotional, and communicational perspectives with design and programming for a fully aligned synergistic effect.</p>

<p>Since the UIB started, 23 years ago, SA NOSTRA has showed an important commitment with the activity of the this study center, supporting with all kind of resources, opening new degrees and centers of investigation and giving incentives to the students with scolarships for foreign learning and since this year with scolarships for university and postgraduate studies</p>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<p>Sa Nostra develops annually a campaign focused to the captation of new students, taking profit of the registering period of the young university students. The objective of the campaign was to inform of the new products (loans for studies, scolarships&#8230;), advantages and convenciences to pay the register trhough SA NOSTRA.</p>
<p>The 2009 campaign was developed from a northamerican university aesthetics image, joining it with the own identity of the company. This image was used in different commercial medias (displays, posters, buses signboard, flyers, uniforms&#8230;). The campaign was completed with the support of a promotoring team whose memebers received a hard training of the products focused to young univerisaty students, and a gift to all those who register.</p>
<p>Amara was in charge of this promotional campaign and during that period, there was an important growth of registers through SA NOSTRA <strong>the percentage of growth of the university was tripled for SA NOSTRA</strong>.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span lang="EN-US">With motives of opening a new office of <span> </span>¨Sa Nostra¨located in the technological park called Parc Bit, they have contracted the services of Amara with objectives of making a series of actions that help communicate the opening to all the business in the park, as well as the directors and employees. </span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-US">Amara designed and coordinated a simple campaign but with high visual impact. The creative concept of the campaign was applied to diverse elements that were distributed throughout strategic locations in the park. </span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-US">Given that all employees of the businesses located in the park must cross a wooden bridge that connects the parking lots with the business buildings, they placed stickers on these bridges that explained the opening event. <span> </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;;" lang="EN-US">Parallelly, Amara designed the graphic elements of the campaign directed to the managers; emailing along with the tickets an invitation to the office opening event. </span></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>After its beginning in 2002, the Balear Park of Technological Innovation (ParcBit) has achieved to be a fully consolidated park and a reference in the Balearic Islands. It has 4 Investigation and Technological Transfering centers, and collaboration agreements have been done with other centers as UIB and CSIC. Also carries out innovation and technological development activities, some of them in collaboration with &#8216;Direcció General de Recerca, Innovació i Desenvolupament Tecnològic del Govern de le Illes Balears&#8217;. Also it acts as the central node of the technological aerials that involve 17 agents of innovation in the islands.</p>
<p>In 2007 the ParcBit created the first business directory located in this park. In 2008 ParcBit requested the presentation of a proposal for the updating of this guide including: design, mark up, edition, revision and blending of texts, photography and catalan traduction</p>
<p>Amara did a proposed to do two editions according to the language (catalan and spanish). In this way it allowed to the park organization the power to choose the language edition according to the target. Also a photographic study was made that covered all the most important areas of the park. The proposal of two new sections was also made, the first one &#8220;park advantages&#8221; where are shown the advantages of having the headquarters in ParcBIT and the second one &#8220;Park life&#8221; that was created as a photogaphic collection of the park, where workers are the main characters.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The multinational technological company Microsoft, specilized in software, opened in ParcBit in Mallorca its first technological center dedicated to the world Tourism (MIC Tourism Technologies of Microsoft Center), that completes the rest of other seven already located in the spanish land focused to other specialities, and will be at the disposal of the companies of this sector in the islands, that could request them to develop I+D+i products. Microsoft will contribute with its know how and the needed technological advances in order that the investigation center will develop its activity. This will house four workers during 2009, and will reach the dozen in 2011, who will give advices to the technological companies -400 in Balearic Islands- in terms of technical matters, and also will offer training in a room equipped with 15 work stations.</p>
<p>With the innauguation of the Microsoft Innovation Center &#8211; Tourism Technologies, this company gets in contact with Amara with the following needs: Creation of an image that will identify and distingish the center, durable and usable in basic stationery that will integrate the identities of Microsoft Innovation Centre, Govern de les Illes Balears and ParcBit, under the created image.</p>
<p>The customer selected Amara for its experience in design and brand creation.</p>

<p>Amara collaborated with the customer in terms of the definition of the hired people and did the first selection of applicants allowing the company the possibility to choose among the finalists.</p>
<p>From this communication and design defined style, Amara recommended a style of imaged according to it, that would reinforce the visual coherence of the communication of 3digits. In this cas, the photographs were made adhod, inside the office of the company in ParcBit.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">To mark the launch of the Toureg Project, leader in the Balearic Islands, the DGRDI requested Amara´s services in the creation of an information booklet and emailings destined to promote the services associated with this project. At this time, these materials would include companies from regions such as Crete, Madeira, Balearic Islands, Sweden, Romania, and Bulgaria, encouraging the participation of this project. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">Through analyzing the information referring to the project, Amara was commissioned to create a graphic proposal, contents layout, diagrams as well as select the photography that helps the contents in each part. In accordance with the created style, they made the necessary adaptations to the structure and content in order for its creation and programming.</span></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Balearic Islands is made up of a cluster of technological businesses called turisTEC, an innovative business group (AEI) specializing in technological information and communication (TIC) products and services that apply to the tourist sector. turisTEC counts on the participation of more the 50 businesses dedicated to the production and implantation of technological solutions for the tourist sector.</p>

<p>turisTEC needed to give a corporate presentation, a catalogue of solutions in paper form that could be used as a representation of the cluster. They must be deliverable solutions, concise and uniform that translates the value of the cluster, the line of action, the reason for their existence, agencies and companies that comprise it, as well as the relationship of the solutions offered by cluster companies in a friendly and innovative manner. turisTEC contacted Amara to design this corporate presentation.</p>
<p>Amara developed an in-depth analysis about the cluster, to be able to determine the rate and structure of the contents. Once this part was finalized, the client provided the information and Amara drafted a commercial text that was able to be presented in a corporate presentation. At the same time they defined, together with the client, the photography and a graphic line for the turisTEC corporate presentation, which would serve as future reference for the development of other marketing materials. As well as coordinate with other integrated cluster businesses the contents to demonstrate a catalogue of practical solutions, striking and functional. Through an in depth analysis created a conceptual level (metric type) quite innovative, which demonstrated the most significant solutions that they offer for the business´s said subsectors TIC that make up the cluster.</p>
<p>The client chose Amara for their experience, methodology and strategic analysis, in the development of promotional materials and communication within the Technology, Information and Communication field.</p>
