Amara is composed of many different specialized backgrounds (physics, economy, business management, informatics, communication science, marketing, anthropology, organization theory, design), and distinct origins (Italy, Mallorca, Hungary, Argentina, Mexico), therefore making their project approach a blend in itself, the benefit lying in the accumulation of all these abilities, backgrounds, knowledge, and experiences, whether developed together or separately in our individual careers.
We always make a “tailored suit”. Apart from every case, we produce a document that permits us to formalize the finished experience and apply it to future cases. The idiosyncrasies of the clients and the diversity of the entrusted projects obligate us to design, for each project, the most suitable tools for creating it in all its dimensions and thus achieving all the results we had aimed for together.
In all our projects we always follow a structure of three steps:
Diagnostic: Where do we go from here? Where is our target customer most profitable? Which activity we developed provides the most benefits? It´s fundamental to know the entry point in order to determine the next step to take in terms of marketing.
Strategic Definition: Define objectives, segmentation, operational methods, methodological problems, ways to quantify results…
Action Plan: Strategic definitions are concentrated on a time line, in the form of specific tasks to be performed with the resources available (human, technological, material).
