What we do
The globalization, the opportunity to represent the first of multiple air routes, the liberalization of European air space, the demand for medium size destination, emergance of lowcost companies, tourism growth and changes in tourism habits (an increase in vacational frequency and reduction in vacation average stay) presents opportunities for the airports that understand how to take advantage of them. Therefore, the airports go from being a passive entity to one that must control their destination, not leaving it in the hands of only the airline companies and tour operators.
Amara intends like a partner that can help airports optimize their own business network, to create their own brand and positioning in the minds of the consumers and agents in which they do business. We develop solutions directed at establishing commercial policies and active marketing in order to maximize revenue and passenger and customer satisfaction.
How we do it
Amara can intervene in the strategy planning process helping the airport to define the commercial policies, marketing and communication, and their specific goals. Our work develops in a collaborative consultancy form, committing us to the management and development of the identified actions.
When we do it
Our job is to drive the airport towards a better commercial position. With this goal we can intervene in any of the key process phases:
Development of commercial plan, marketing and communication plan
Revision or updating the list of services in accord with the needs of the distinct stakeholders.
Definition or optimization and identity restyling
Definition of branding policies
Definition of corporate profile and of elements and communication tools for the presentation to clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
Definition of online presence and of their lines and communication tools.
Where we do it
Amara will work with the client where their presence is necessary. Depending on the project goals they will work in the airport or in any other place they can to find in segment the action´s target objective. Amara will make, with their own multidisciplinary team, all the activities that the project requires
